Health Service Document Management

The Brief

The health service needed to have a large resort of all documents held and at the same time an integrity check of all files, they needed to resort the patients records from alphabetical to date of birth, to make it easier for processing at later dates.

The Solution

All patient files were collected and positioned in alphabetical order in EvaStore’s warehouse. Using the information provided, EvaStore created a bespoke database and electronically reorganised the files, before creating pick sheets for the new order, the patient records were then returned and placed onto the racking system in the new order.

A list was generated of any patient files that were not found, or requested during the process.
