It’s critical to be able to locate the file you need once it’s been scanned, particularly if the file is to be lodged in a document management software solution.

Examples of data that might be needed to be Indexed to allow file management might be:

  • Client or job reference
  • Address
  • Part number
  • Department
  • Invoice or purchase order number
