Insolvency Company Document Management

The Brief
An insolvency company had over 400 boxes in storage, each containing 10-15 files that were sorted by file number. They contacted us to request that the files were rearranged into destroy dates order instead, making it more cost effective.
The Solution
EvaStore created a bespoke database to reorganise the files, then created a pick sheet. Files were individually cherry-picked and sorted into the new destroy date order. This allowed us to provide reminders when whole boxes were due for destruction rather than individual files. On the customer’s instruction we cross-cut shred them and provide a certificate of destruction once complete. document storage
